We handle as much of the company-building process as possible - everything that isn’t directly building products or growing revenue. You’ll also tap into our networks, where you can expect to find an incredible community of CEOs, customer intros, and shared company building resources like playbooks.

Once we know you’re a fit, we move as fast as we can. Our goal is to make a decision within 3-4 weeks, though it can take longer. We’re building long-term partnerships, so it’s important the relationship has a strong foundation. Once committed, we’ll set a launch timeline and align on how to best support you on your founder journey with our Founder Success team.
As a CEO/Founder, you’ll receive a salary as well as equity in your company. You’ll also earn equity in the holding company of Infinity Constellation so you can share in the success of the collective. We commit up to $2M in operating capital to build your business over the first few years—our goal is to maximize your success and minimize dilution by serving as your co-founder, earliest backer, and growth partner. Once fully vested, CEO/Founders own 25% of their company, with the structure being:
